Partridge Medical Solutions is a family run business based between Bath and Bristol. We have a primary focus on Event medical work and can provide a bespoke package of care designed to meet your events specific requirements. We have a network of healthcare staff including professionals at a variety of clinical grades.
By utilising paramedics and other suitably qualified staff we can provide a robust solution to meet event needs.
We tailor our care provisions inline with industry standards and work with industry partners to deliver a complete package.
A word from our Managing Director
My name is Ben Partridge, I am the managing director of Partridge Medical Solutions and I started this business with a few key thoughts in mind. I have worked within the NHS and event sector for a number of years and I have worked for and with some of the UK's leading event medicine companies. This company was founded recognising a few gaps in the market. Primarily there is a gap for clinically led medical providers. Many providers are founded to provide a very basic provision and this therefore leaves event organisers at increased risk. Though sometimes first aiders are all an event may require, an overwhelming proportion of events will need greater clinical leadership and support. As a registered paramedic with a variety of experience across the UK and the bank of staff behind the company we have a strong clinical drive to offer a complete and appropriate package of care.
We also recognise that there is a need for services to be professional yet also cost effective. We strive ourselves on our professionalism and our delivery of service. We know that public perception of your event is pivotal and we offer both the option for high visibility or more covert and discreet delivery. Event customers and visitors expect medical care and as such we aim to provide the highest level of this.

OUR TEAM
As you may have already read, Our company is founded by, and managed by current and EX NHS professionals. The overwhelming majority of our staff still hold employment within the NHS ambulance services and this is something that we take great pride in. This means our customers are receiving the same high level of care, attention and treatment that you may expect from an ambulance provider and our mission is to deliver the same if not higher quality of care than you may receive if you called 999.
In addition to this all of our staff are fully checked though our CRB/DBS process and their qualifications are checked, kept up to date and they are continuously updating their qualifications with ongoing training opportunities.
